Challenge #91 Insects at Left of Center

Hi!! Long time no blog! I've managed to make a card for this week's challenge at Left of Center. The theme is 'Insects' and our sponsor this week is Sami Stamps! I hope you can join in with us!

Left of Center Challenge #88 with Rosey Hearts

I am loving my new job folks but it's cutting my crafty time quite dramatically! I have found a few minutes this week to join in with the new challenge at Left of Center. Our sponsor this week is Rosey Hearts and I've used the image 'In the Night' to create my LOC sample.

I have coloured this vampire using Promarkers and have fussy cut her and mounted onto a white oval. I've used a Crafts Too die for this and a Spellbinders Floral Oval. The flower die cut is a Sue Wilson die and my papers are from one of the DoCrafts Gorjuss 6x6 paper pads.

Tic Tac Toe at Left of Center

Unfortunately I haven't been around very much recently... I got a full time permanent job!! And, as amazing as it is, I just don't have the same time to craft that I've had in the recent past. Today, however, I have a card to share for this week's Left of Center Challenge where the theme is Tic Tac Toe - check out the Challenge blog for more details. As always, we accept LOC entries that don't fit the theme and I have done just that.

This is 'Tattered Angel' from Karleigh Sue Digi Stamps, a brand new sponsor for LOC and I have coloured her with Promarkers. She's been fussy cut and mounted. Ink It Up at Left of Center

This week at Left of Center we want you to get messy! Get your inks/dyes/paints out and Ink It Up! Interpret this anyway you please and have fun doing it. Go mainstream or get your dark side on!

Our sponsor this week is SLS Lines and I've gone LOC for my project today. I have coloured a Day of Dead type lady with Promarkers adding Glossy Accents to her eyes and Star Dust Stickles to her flowers. My DP are from DCWV Eek-a-Boo Stack and I've added black lace from my stash. The Floral Oval is a Spellbinders die and the 'Trick or Treat' was cut using the Cameo. Good morning! We have a very glittery challenge for you at Left of Center this week! The theme is 'Bling' and our sponsor is 'That Craft Place' digi stamps on Etsy. I have used a 'Sugar' image which was a freebie on their Facebook Group and coloured her with Promarkers.

Dark Dreams at Left of Center

Morning! We have a new challenge starting now at Left of Center and it's a dark one this week for sure! The theme is 'Dark Dreams' and we have a fabulous new sponsor - Sweet Pea Stamps. I have used the 'Zoe' image by Regan Kubecek for Sweet Pea and coloured her with Promarkers. I experimented with the background and coloured it with dots in firey tones.

My papers are from Theresa Collins Masquerade Party paper pad. I cut some black circles to make rolled roses. The glittered embellies are from my Halloween stash and I've finished with paper straws and orange organza ribbon.

Big Eyes with Dilly Beans at LOC!

Our sponsor this week at Left of Center Creative Challenges is Dilly Beans! I love their images and have had these cards made for weeks!

My first card uses the Bat Boy image and is coloured with Promarkers with Glossy Accents for his eyes and Star Dust Stickles on his wings. The bat die cut is from a Silhouette Store cut file on my Cameo and is mounted on orange pearlescent paper. The DP is Bo Bunny Fright Delight and the glittered bat is from my Halloween stash.

This next card uses a big eyed girl with Skull Bow! This is also coloured with Promarkers and black pencil. This project is the reverse side of a Fat Page so I have kept it quite flat.

My DP is from the same Bo Bunny papers - some of my favourites! The checked paper I believe is Graphic 45. I have attached the image to the page around 3 sides to allow for a tag to be inserted in the top for the recipient. The glittery skulls are from the same pack as the bat above.

Spiders at Left of Center with Sami Stamps

SPIDERS!!! Yes, look away now if you have a phobia!! That's the theme for our latest challenge at Left of Center Creative Challenges and I have created two projects with images from our sponsor - Sami Stamps.

First up is Spooky Flower 2, coloured with Promarkers and layered on purple and black card. The big spider was cut on my Cameo using a Silhouette store cut file. The DP was in my stash and I'm not entirely sure who made it. I've finished with purple self-adhesive pearls and purple pearlescent candi.

Next up is Zombie Beauty. Also coloured with Promarkers, fussy cut then mounted onto black card. The DP is Bo Bunny Fright Delight and the spiders are also from the same cut file as above.

The spider web corner and graveyard scene are both Spellbinders dies and the sentiment is from Create with TLC.
