Welcome to Day #23 of 31 Days of Halloween! I hope you are enjoying the
festivities! Thank you for all the wonderful comments! You can find the
blog roll in my side bar. Your first stop on the hop is Terra, you should have come to me from Lyneen, and your next stop is Rebecca. Remember to comment on all the blogs on
the hop for a chance to win at the end of the month and keep in mind the
Scavenger Hunt for daily prizes!
Today I am sharing a Fat Page that I made for a recent Smeared and Smudged Forum Swap. The brief for this fat page was Monochrome and I've gone with a black and creamy colour scheme - 'Old Paper' was the DI I've used quite a bit!
The papers I've used on both sides are from My Mind's Eye Happy Haunting 6x6 pad. The tabs and 'Spooktacular Night' panel are both from a 12x12 Self Adhesive embellishments sheet from the same Happy Haunting line. On the front page is a stamped image using a red rubber stamp that I received from Black Dragon as part of a prize over at Haunted Design House and I'm not sure who made it. He is bursting out of a Sarah Hurley cut file from the Silhouette store and I've added a couple of skull and cross bones too, also cut on the cameo. The 'Boo' is a Tim Holtz die for Sizzix Alterations.
The washi tape that hides the paper seam on both sides is from Do Crafts Gorjuss range and I've used more of the Silhouette store die cuts on the reverse side. The image here is the 'Alice' digital stamp from Dilly Beans, coloured in grey promarkers. I've used both Old Paper and Black Soot Distress Ink around the edges of the pages and finished the front with some gems for the skull 'eyes'!
Thanks for looking!
