Happy May! Wow, the year is going too fast! So much to do and so little time! We have a new Challenge starting for you today over at
The East Wind. And it's the first of the month, so if you are on the mailing list, there's a freebie on it's way to you for this challenge! The Theme this time round is 'Die Cuts or Punches'.
I have coloured the freebie image in pastel colours using Promarkers. I added some Picked Raspberry DI around the edge and the sentiment too. The patterned papers were a magazine freebie and I have inked the edges of those too. The flowery one has been die cut at each side, using a Tim Holtz Bigz 'On the Edge' die - a notebook page at one side and torn paper at the other. I inked up a doily for behind the image and I've finished the card with a pearl spray and some die cut layered flowers from Craftwork Cards.

Oh Mo I think this is my favourite card so far! The colours are lovely and subtle and you can captured the colours from the gorgeous paper in the balloons. Great image and embellishments...so so pretty :-) just like you :-)
